I am having one doubt, need your Advice or clarification on the same.
under "The Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965" is it Mandatory to submit "Form B" related to "Unclaimed Wages & Fines" to Welfare Commissioner Bengaluru, Karnataka before 31st of January every Year. Even though there is no "Unclaimed Wages & Fines" for the year.
Required your Suggestion & Clarification on the above subject.
