One care we need to take while doing all this, is that never put any comment on someone's personal things.
One sound HR system runs healthy only when your employees wish to "talk to you" & not when you wish to talk to them.
So make them speak, let them a stage wherein they can share their thoughts & ideas.
Also never forget to revert on their queries. They are the real books of HR, whjo teaches you a new lesson every time.

The rest I dont want to tell but currently I work for myself instead of working for others. This should explain the ground realities.
