I have a query Mr. Nair.
There are many a times when, employees use the white board & AC and other office equipments, how do i send a msg to all, mentioning about all these, without hurting their ego's & sentiments. They are also called as etiquettes.
Your presentation is nice on business etiquettes, its useful for people how are at the higher level, but what about the employees who dont even know how to behave with their Mgr's and supervisor's. Do you think it will be correct if i mention, that please ask permission before picking up a pen, or other stuff. And shall i say, not to disturb when a training or a meeting is going on.
I'm facing a lot of problem.
