Hi, I am holding MBA in HRM through Distance Learning and working as an HR Manager in the Retail Sector with more than 14 yrs of experience in HRBP. Is there any certification course through XLRI that will be of added benefit to my profession, pls suggest and share any particular course that will be added value to me.
