WAPCOS Limited a Mini Ratna Schedule `B’ Public Sector Consultancy Organisation needs Management Trainees (Pers. & Admn.) initially for a period of one year. The requisite qualification, maximum age and pay package/stipend at the time of training period and on regular appointment after successful completion of training period prescribed for the post are given below:-

AICTE/Govt. of India approved PG Diploma in Management with Specialisation in HR/Personnel Management (two years full time course) and who have secured 60% and more marks

During Training Period:
Stipend on a basic pay of Rs.16400/- in the pay scale of Rs.16400-40500 plus HRA, IDA, Medical Reimbursement, EPF etc., as admissible thereon from time to time. Total monthly cost to company approx.Rs.28305/-.
HRA variable depending upon place of posting.
On completion of Satisfactory Training:
Will be inducted as Deputy Manager (HR) in the pay scale of Rs.16400-40500 (IDA). Other allowances/perks etc., will be payable as per rules from time to time as applicable to the regular employees of the Company.

Candidates who will be appointed as Management Trainee (Pers. & Admn) will be on training for a period of one year with effect from the date of joining and after successful completion of one year training period and presentation before the selection committee they will be appointed as Deputy Manager (Pers. & Admn) on Regular basis. On regular appointment, they will be entitled to other allowances, facilities as applicable to regular employees of the company. They are required to submit Rs.5000/- in cash towards bond money for serving the company for 03 years (01 year as Trainee (Pers. & Admn) and 02 years as Deputy Manager (Pers. & Admn).

-The mere fact that a candidate has submitted his application against the advertisement and apparently fulfilling the criteria as prescribed in the advertisement would not bestow on him the right to be definitely called for interview/considered further for engagement.
-Management reserves the right to fix the criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for test/interview.
-No residential accommodation will be provided. However, HRA will be provided as per rules of the company.
-Age and other relaxations will be as per Govt. Rules in respect of SC/ST/OBC/PH etc.,
-Reservation of SC/ST/OBC/PH as per Govt. Rules.
-CVs should be in the prescribed proforma and post applied for should be superscribed on the envelope of the application.
-SC/ST/PH Candidates coming from outstation for appearing the test/interview will be paid rail/bus fare by the shortest route as per rules/II Class on production of tickets/proof.
-The Headquarters of the persons appointed will be at Gurgaon. However, they will be liable to be posted anywhere in India or abroad.
-The Company will not be responsible for any postal delay within the specified time.
-Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions may send their CV in the prescribed proforma to General Manager (P&A), WAPCOS Limited, 76-C, Institutional Area, Sector-18, Gurgaon-122 015, Haryana within 30 days from the date of release of the advertisement.
