1. You need to submit Form 19 and Form 10 C.
2. No need to calculate and write the final PF amount in the Forms, Nevertheless, no provisions are there in the above forms to write the PF amount.
3. EPF financial year is March to February March. If a person leaves the service during the month of October means, you have fill up the PF contribution recovery details from March to October in Form 3A and submit the same along with Form 19 and Form 10C.
