I have joined a renowned BPO , i am a MBA in retail. But after for 6-7 months .i didn't like working in retail. That's why i decided to change my field. But favourable job i am not getting. That's why i moved towards this sector. work will be backend process of a bank done by MNC. Is it right decision for me and is there any growth i can expect in this sector.please help.
