3. The world three thousand five hundred sbstituting with ten thousand, explain this in detail with easy example.
4. The world two thousand five hundred sbstituting with three thousand five hundred, explain this in detail with easy example.

dear
however MR VIJAY has explained correctly but i would lide to add little bit.
1.if an employee is getting Rs7000 as basic and DA nil
now as per new ceiling ,he is eligible to get bonus because limit is 10000 but calculation will be made on 3500 it means u have to calculate presuming that his basic is 3500 only .suppose u have declared bonus 10% .now start calculating his salary from apr to march.suppose in apr he was paid for 25 days his salary will be reduced proportionally for Bonus point of view by presuming 3500.
Rs3500*25/30=2966 .SO NOW U CAN UNDERSTAND THAT HE WAS GETTING BASIC 10000 in the month of apr but for bonus calculation his basic will be 2966 only in apr .
like this u will calculate till march next year and than add all basic than calculate 10%
of added basic .that will be bonus for this guy for this year.
rest other points already cleared by mr vijay.

dear uma
calcuating bonus on march drawn salary is worng because if someone is absent for four days in march his drawn salary will be reduced and ultimately he will be in loss.
if u are in loss than also minimum bonus to be paid and loss can not be calculated in one year u have to maintain A&B register of bonus to see set on/off.however minimum has to be paid.

dear bijoy
it is mandatory to maintain A&B register of bonus otherwise how u will decide percentage of bonus to be paid .bonus should be paid on C register not on voucher.
it is applicable for factories as well as shop and est act.

Is it possible to get a notification stating the Basic + DA are the two components of salary which entitle any employee to get bonus. If an employee is getting salary 30,000 but his basic is less than 10,000/- will he be getting Bonus under the act.
