Dear Member,
We are required to submit Form “G” to the Shops Inspector of the area regarding the employees who have left the job as per requirement of section 13(4) of the Punjab Shops & Establishments Act, 1958. For having knowledge on various forms you may go through Punjab Shops & Establishments Rules, 1958.
