Hello All,
Employees who went to their native place during lockdown period and unable to travel back/join back to their job after relaxation given to restart the industry from respective state goverments.
Most of MSMEs have paid salary for April-20 in full, now how can we consider the absent employees as, else we have to pay full salary/Paycut or ?????
