I was suspended from duties on 11 th Dec 2011 for non attending meeting. No memo no charge sheet given. I was also held responsible for intentional wrong data entry in counting of votes by my junior officer. He’s clearly seen to be sitting on computer meant for counting in CD of counting which was edited subsequently. Later two DE’s were imposed on me . One for election and other was on the basis of various show cause notices and memos issued to me during preceding three years. The charg sheets were issued to me after 3 years . After transfer from there I was again held responsible in a local election for coming late in the office by a mere 20 minutes during the period of withdrawal of candidature when ARO was present in the office and I had to come from 150 km and during that period observer who visited the RO office and reported my absence and I WAS removed from the RO post by giving memo when election was only 7 days away. For this particular incidence my increment is postponed for 5 months starting from 1 July 2020 to 30 Nov 2020 without effect on the next increment . No DE was conducted before imposing this punishment. My retirement is in Dec 2020.
Out of the above mentioned two departmental enquires one is completed in Sep 2019 and in it I have been imposed punishment of bringing down my increment by three stages for one year . Subsequently the order was issued by the superior officer in Dec 2019. In this order my pay was reduced by three stages from July 2019 and recovery was made from me for excess payment made from me from July 2019. We were granted 7 pay commissions salary from March 2019 and before that I was getting salary of sixth pay commission. As a result my pay was reduced from my new pay scale of seventh pay commission by three stages of the same pay commission when during the same period last year my basic was according to sixth pay commission. Moreover owing to reduced pay by three stages I was not given increment due to me from July 2019. This punishment will last till June 2020 . As a result of next punishment my increment will be postponed from 1 July to 30 Nov 2020. Conclusion of other DE is yet to come. My retirement is due in Dec 2020. I am worried about intentional effect and delay in my pension. Can anyone tell me as what effect all this will cause on my pension
