Dear Friends ..
Greetings to you..!
I am very particular in the Discussion to know how many people on an Average might have moved as Expatriation ( Employees moving from Home Country [India] to the Host Country [foreign country]) for the Projects in the Client Place from Tamil Nadu Region. As per the Research , Overseas Economics , said the language barriers make the people not to move abroad esp South India lags in bearing cultural Shock and language barrier.
Since I am linking the Emotional Intelligence towards the Expatriation Mental health, I have Tried to retrieve the Perfect Data of expatriation moving abroad by having the NASSCOM, PwC, IBEF, Embassy sites etc., but Couldn't get the Data on the number of Expatriation in the overseas countries .
Dear Friends , I kindly request you Please help me in stating how to retrieve the Expatriation data, or kindly share the Info Please.
Thanks and Regards

I am an Indian expatriate based in a South East Asian country. Now, the Government of India has made it mandatory to register with the Indian embassy, the moment you migrate for a job to any country. and this registration is done online. If the registration is not done, then, the expatriate cannot avail of any services from the embassy, including passport renewal, notarisation of documents etc.
The Ministry of external affairs has this data with them along will all the information including the vocation of the expatriates. You may approach them and am sure there could be some modality to get the details.
You could also contact the government agency, Overseas Manpower Corporation ( OMPC) and they will be able to help you.

As far as I know, there no restrictions in existence that will hold you back from consulting them because everyone including government uses them. With regards to informing you respective embassy, this is mandatory with all governments and employers.

It was not mandatory for Indian citizens till last year. Last year the Government of India brought in this rule for its citizens on account of the exploitation that happens with domestic workers in Middle East.
