Dear Mr. Janardhan,
Greetings!
My regret to bring up this matter on this platform, but honestly Hirecraft team have made me so helpless & impelled to do so .My last 36+months exp about Hirecraft service is pathetic, unprofessional & highly irresponsible service team. We have been escalating the matter to all your team including you but regret to express there is no serious professional response on this matter . I personally have noticed sheer lack of interest first to listen, second to understand, third to analyse, forth to find a concrete technical solution to solve it. From last 12+ months not a single issues has been solved of software, every time we are calling , writing mails but no satisfactory response. Its highly painful to experience that your team is least bothered to look at the troubleshooting tickets , we raise the technical issues, they close the tickets without even solving the concerns. 12+ months time is more then enough to have tolerance & wait to see improvement.
We wonder that is it that we are from SME sector so there is sheer negligence towards the service approach.Post sales the service is pathetic atleast with us , its sheer deficiency of service.
