Hi all,
I am working as a HR manager at ISO certified small IT company, having work force of around 50. We are planning to go for CMMI level-3. Need your help regarding few points.
1. How long will it take? (approx)
2. How much cost is involved in it? (approx)
3. Is it agency specific, means having any authorized body helps in getting it.
4. Please suggest some consultancies contact no. in Rajasthan or in Delhi.

Just a brief of what process you looking for is given below, but before you go for CMM- level 3

has your organization completed then Level 1 & Level 2 CMM mandate if not then getting CMM-Level 3 directly would be difficult

CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes, which will improve their performance. CMMI-based process improvement includes identifying your organization’s process strengths and weaknesses and making process changes to turn weaknesses into strengths

CMMI maturity level 3 requires an organization to have a defined set of standard processes and institutionalization across its processes. Every level of CMMI has some process areas that need to be institutionalized in order to achieve that particular maturity level. To acquire any maturity level, process areas falling under that level as well as the process areas that fall under the level below need to be fulfilled. There are 18 process areas, which must be fulfilled by an organization in order to obtain CMMI level 3. All of these fall under different categories, such as:

Project Management Processes

Engineering Processes

Support Processes
