I am attaching my concern which mail I send to employer regarding Unprofessional Suspension Order By Employer, please look the matter and advise please, what next action action to be taken for me because it has been 6 month and since this month I am not getting salary too, and organization want force fully resignation without any valid or written reason -
In line with our communication regarding the concern and revert from your end, I have categorically asked with the concerns, since starting from my first mail, that what all lapses, were the findings- kindly share with me in written because there was not even a 1single discussion on this concern , with HR Team nor with cluster Head.
Kindly find my reverts on your mail,
⦁ There is no Discussion on Audit findings or lapses mentioned by any team member, even i have tried to establish the contact to each and every person as per the hierarchy on mail or on call, but couldn't get any response from anyone. I Reiterate it that I never had any discussion for any lapses.
⦁ The written statement you are talking about has taken by the CH after threating and abusing on the same day at Bank house Gurgaon and force fully get me signed the letter, which was narrated by CH only and i was so much panic and furious with the behavior of Cluster Head at that time that i have written all the words which was narrated and put up by the CH to frame me.
Mr. Khanna was screaming and shouting all the time that I will terminate you and spoil your career , and let me see where you will work, I will not make you work anywhere in banking industry, and same way you people have opted that neither I can work nor can get the job anywhere, while I had a offer and you know ( I have given prime time of my Life for this Bank, now I have been throw-out on road because of you people preplan strategy and it was clearly stated by cluster head on same day)
⦁ There is nothing mentioned on the suspension letter that it was issued on what ground there is only mentioned about the serious lapses committed at my end, but i am asking from the day -1 that what lapses you were talking about , give me in writing, but there is no communication in this regard.it was force fully get me signed the letter,
kindly give me to the point allegation or your findings on me rather than using the vast words like process lapses or compliance lapse, with relevant details date wise and issue wise.
⦁ Please do not request and blame me, whatever I have write it's totally correct which i raising since my first mail, you do not know anything in this regard because you never be part of any meeting in last 6 month or face to face, There is clearly the harassment and abusive language used by CH-Mr. khanna side . It seems the preplanned conspiracy by CH to spoil my career and forcing me again and again to put down my paper on call or WhatsApp messages(dated 13 sept17- stating (" Uma enough time has elapsed .. and need Your resignation by tomorrow ). without provide me any proof of lapses,( See attachment Copy)
