Hi, I have considered the below in the leave policy. My query is:
1. Is this mandatory
2. Is this applicable for both male and female employees
Fertility Treatment Leave
• Fertility Treatment leave can be availed by all employees for a maximum of 2 weeks or 14 days (including weekend and public holidays) in your entire tenure in Fortanix.
• This leave can be taken both in breaks and continuous. However maximum capping of 14 days will remain
• This will be a paid leave
• The employee must attach relevant medical documents and approval mails to support the reason for availing this leave.
