Dear Sir, If an employee salary exceed @21000/- to 24000/- and as per ESIC rule if salary is exceeded from 21000 then he can not avail the benefit of ESIC. But employee still wants to avail benefit of ESIC, so there is any option to continue him in ESIC.

if employer agrees then they can continue to contribute on full 24000, but the benefit ceilings would be 21000/- basis

Dear Rahul, Greetings!! Only there is one wayout, that you don’t take increment and continue on same salary of Rs. 21, 000/- PM. Rgds
