As an HR head, I would like to get the Minimum Wage Rates for the Maharashtra & Karnataka States for the Financial Year 2018-2019.
I know we are paying not less than or equal to Minimum Wage Rate to our employees, but to satisfy and to our records, I need to get the copy of the same.

Minimum wages are notified by the respective state government. The notification is available in the official websites of the concerned state's Labour Department. We usually download the notification the same and upload the same in forums like this. There is no wages fixed for cleaning tube lights and fans but there is an industry called Sweeping and housekeeping employment. A sweeper or housekeeper is expected to clean tubes and fans also.
