You should have answered this question yourself when you prepared your Business Plan and did your SWOT analysis. Failure to plan is planning to fail.
If you do a search on Cite you will find hundreds of posts about members starting a recruitment agency. Look around in Bangalore and see how many are around your area already. I suspect you will find many.
By my reckoning the market is saturated with too many people jostling for too few clients. What are you going to do that is very different to what others are doing? Your only hope is to have a very unique point of difference and USP.

I think you specialize in catering to part- timers, fixed period specialist and women employees to companies , you can do successful business.
So develop database of such contractual type of niche work force and enter in the market.
