In US, Top management people from all companies are participating in spiritual management workshops..is it really serving the purpose on
decision management/strategic management roles.

hi suresh....its about teaching important aspects on Bhagvad Gita / vedic
books...u know...as this holy book covers all the parts of management a company / personal requires..
i think, SWAMI PARTHASARATHY is taking the workshop...reviwed from BUSINESSWORLD magazine.
Also he says, US people started this, but, it will take another 10 yrs for Indians to know about this...i cannot accept this.

You have to agree as the fact is that though we are blessed with lots of contributions from the great personalities in India, Indians are the last ones to adopt those.
We do't value them and always try to follow western culture.
But, we can't even follow western culture totally and land up doing nothing.
Whereas, people in the west value these "great sayings" and implement them in their lives.

We are always looking forward what western world is ready to offer us, but back at home , we neglect what our own land is ready to give us. We have enough of spiritual knowledge lying in our vedas and upanishads , but we are not ready to accept it. Whatever has to come it has to come from western world . It could be yoga, khadi or even corn (american corn).
So the management of the company should indulge in some spiritual stuff to take some better decision in their lives as well as in their office work.
