Hi, Technically speaking for sickness only Sick leave to be utilized.

But in order to clear the accumulated coff or in the absence of sick leave employee may be allowed to use coff leave also for sickness ( for 1or 2 days _

If your company /management is not providing any sick leave, or does not have any sick leave policy, you can grant compensatory off.to your eligible staff, for sickness
