How to get pf withdrawal if employer has pf trust ?
Dear sir,
My previous company has pf trust. I resigned in Aug-14. after two months I filled pf transfer form & sent by courier it to company pf trust with necessary documents of my current company.Responsible pf trust's executive replied that he has not received any transfer form & instructed to resend necessary documents of my current company by another original form. My current company refused to resend another pf transfer form. So I sent copy of related documents twice. This time also documents not received by pf trust. Also pf executive replied to send original form otherwise transfer could not be completed. Then this procedure repeated thrice but due to unavailability of original transfer form; transfer could not completed as per their opinion. So I sent filled withdrawal form after verifying hr executive & sent hard copy at DEC-16. when I asked in Feb-17 why withdrawal not completed till yet then another HR employee replied that you have query & will have to submit copy of pan card, Adhara card & canceled check copy to him. I sent related hard copy.
My question is that he tells that pf withdrawal time will take one year time & it can be withdrawn partially 2-3 times. whole amount of pf will not be withdrawn at a time. government has changed pf withdrawal rules. my working period in previous company is from Jan-12 to Aug-14. please assist what to do to withdraw whole amount of pf from pf trust.
