Hi Sir, My name is Mohammed Irshad Shareef in my EPFO 2 members is there, in the previous company my name is Mohammed Irshad Shariff this is the wrong name, my current company in EPFO also Mohammed Irshad Shariff this is also wrong name, in the old company they have given me to mark as exit now, Please help me can I change my name from the new employer will it effect in the two member accounts or not, or what will I do for a name change without taken help from an old employer.

You can submit Joint declaration form, undertaking letter of present employer, with pan card, aadhar card and bank details, to concern PF department and will get correct.
