Dear Seniors,
I am working in a PSU for more than 5 years.
I have applied in other PSU through Proper Channel (by forwarded application) and got selected.
As a mistake, I have tendered my resignation mentioning PERSONAL REASONS (as suggested by my HOD). After realizing my mistake I have submiteed another letter mentioning the intention of joining the PSU where the application was forwarded.
Queries1) Seeking the above scenario will my resignation be treated a TECHNICAL RESIGNATION?
2) Will I get the Service Continuation in new PSU? What are the benefits of Service Continuation?
3) As per my knowledge after relieving my present PSU will start settlement process including leave encashment and gratuity? Should I accept the leave encashment and gratuity?
4) Where should I approach (Present PSU or New PSU) if I wish for Leave and Gratuity Transfer.
Thanks and Regards,
