We are in process to benchmark our HR Manual and SOP with supermarket like Reliance Fresh and Big Bazaar. We are very small in this industry and are planning for giant leap. I would really appreciate if you could share HR Manual and SOP followed in this company.

We do have policy in place and CITEHR have always been a great help. I tried in my friends network, did research Google and CITEHR - not getting specifics.

Secondly, your inventory performance is also quite important. How you manage your back-end operations is quite important. While designing SOPs, please do not concentrate only on the soft aspects of the employee issues like their uniform, grooming etc.
