Dear sir, I was terminated from my last organisation for a false sexual abuse case. In my cv i cant show it. What will U do in that case??

On your CV you don't have to show anything, just the dates of employment and the responsibilities.
However, if you get an interview, you are going to have to disclose this information, simply because it will raise a flag if you reach the final stages and the background checks are made.
Hopefully you have full and complete paperwork that proves your innocence and exonerates you from the crime. Then there should not be a problem. However, that is going to depend on the employer's attitude. He/she may not be comfortable employing you despite your innocence.
You cannot undo what has happened, and unfair as it is, you will have to live with it. It is important that you do not let it define you. You will need to work very hard to overcome this stigma, but it can be done if you are prepared to work at it.
