Hi ,
If the company is having employees upto 1000 then the salary
has to be disbursed on or before 7th of each month .
And if the employees are more than 1000 then it is 10th of each month .
This is as per payment of wages act .
Regarding taking action you can contact your labour office and complaint
them regarding the same .
