I am working on one research paper titled "PERCEPTION OF THE HRM PRACTICES AMONG MIDDLE LEVEL IT PROFESSIONALS: A STUDY OF AHMEDABAD BASED IT/ITES FIRMS"
Can you please suggest me what type of questions I can put in my questionnaire to get more insight about the perception of IT professional about HRM practices of their organization?
