In a month time i will be joining a fairly new company as Head of HR, I am expected to start the department from scratch.
This is a big challenge for me, although i love challlenges but i have never started HR dept from scratch before. I need you all to help me out on issues to settle and what i need to know.

I am also starting the HR function for the 1st time in my company. I have never done or dealt with any of the stuff before. Please tell me how to start and where to start from. Need all the forms and stuff. Our employees as of now are 7 and we will grow to 20-25 by the year end. I also need help on Payroll structuring etc.
