I've decided add one of the following features this month depending on the feedback from members. You get to choose which you want added:
Better search software which will give you results from the entire network.
OR
Personal Email Address. You need to suggest an email domain like
in case you don't want it to be on citeman.com
OR
Classified section which will let you post classifieds for free.

I think you should incorporate a better search feature. As it is I dont think email is a good option. We do have this personal message thingy here and classified will be of not much use. Tan

Hi
I have few things to suggest
:arrow: when a person logs in there can be a feature added of chat (example the way gmail has it )
:arrow: there should not be email kind of stuff.
instead let people have their personal email ids be displayed .
the current inbox is perfectly fine but it requires a little modification in terms of it display .
:arrow: a proper way to go back option in the list in the same section.
Till now this much ..
I will write in more as and when it comes to my mind :!:

The additional feature is welcome.
i see many Hr personnel providing materials in the form of attachments which are sometimes unable to be downloaded and a host of mails asking for a personal forward.I suggest all downloads be separately classified [after verification if possible] from where one can link the write up of the provider and click on download.As a visitor to the page i do not have to see download/forward messages but look at interactive material for viewing and comments.
Free downloads:Everyone seeks a free download once it is linked up.The provider of this of this information has put his thoughts to make it useful to the faternity, mostly as an insight to the Hr work and not be a 'plagarist'.[I have seen this cut and paste presentations....ooops !!!!they forget to delete the source or least acknowledge!]
Why not limit attachments only for viewing with download to certain class of members or at a nominal cost payable to a charity [sense of satisfaction to provider and receiver]unless he/she does not mind free downloads of their materials.

I noticed that a ranking is given to a member based on the 'post 'Now the post can be an emoticon ,or any sinlge word added to the topic.This is a bit improper judgement is my feeling/
I have to go to 50 topics and say'i agree' or similar word and have reached the eligibility.I can acheive this in one hour!
Where is a real contibution or a query relevant to the intellegence of the forum?

Just keen to know if it is possible that we can see all the topics we visited since we joined,so that if we want to refer back we can do so.As of now this option is not available we can only see d topics where we have posted something but not those where we have just viewed.
Pls look upon this as i have personally faced alot of problem to search that particular topic among thousands of topics under one head.
Would really Appreciate an early response on this request.
