I need some help regarding the organization structure present in retail companies like
1. Westside
2. Shoppers Stop
3. raymond
4. Lifestyle
5. ITC - Wills Life Style, John Miller etc.
6. Madura
I do not want to know the personnel name ( Mr. xyz ) at so and so designation. Basically i want to know how does the org structure look like?
We are in the process of entering into retail & forming our org structure
