I hope your orgn. have a scheme on "reward and recognition". there can be various ways in which an employee can be rewarded instantly in more than two ways : one is "verbal" and other is "written" , next is 'award". It all depends on the policy designed and approved by the mgmt. various ways this can be systemised. now, you also think on these lines and revert back what you have thought. let me know is it an academic exercise only or required by your orgn.? :?: NTPC has a full fledged Reward and Recognition Scheme. Just having schemes is not enough. The manner in which you implement it is important. I will cite an example. If you want to deliver an appreciation letter to an employee and you send it by daak when it is possible to deliver by hand does not carry any meaning.rather this shows empty formality. :idea: :lol: :lol: 8) :? :( :shock:
