Sourcing the quality Cvs through various means (Job Portals/Linked in/References etc)
Conducting preliminary interviews with the candidates
Coordinating and scheduling interview of the candidate with the client company
Regular Follow up with the candidate and the client w.r.t the interview
Regular Follow up with the candidate till he joins
Send the details of the candidates
Maintiang MIS on Daily/Weekly & Monthly Basis
