I am having 3+years of experience in HR Generalist. And now planning to undergo a course of SAP HR. I always had an ambition to take 2-3years of experience and do some course to add value to my career growth. But I have seen HR Analytics is the new HR World.
Kindly suggest me following:
1. Doing SAP HR will help me to grow in Analytics also. If yes, is there any SAP HR Analytics course.
2. Suggest me some good institutes providing SAP HR training in Pune.

SAP is forcing every one to use HANA. It will stop giving updates to existing customers. 50% of SAP Customers will not continue on SAP due to the cost of HANA (Software and Hardware)
Rather than that focus on getting a functional training of HR and Payroll. Take SHRM or any HR Specific Certification. You will always stay relevant.
