How much time any company takes to give joining date?As i have got offer letter in august date joining but still i haven't got joining.Whenever i ask i get info that joining will be there and you will get your salary from the date mention in offer letter.Is it true?this is one of the big company.

It means you are already due for 06 months salary without working. I don't think any company can afford that, however big it may be. Start applying for other jobs. The sooner, the better.............

Many big companies keep candidates on hold for few months, but in your case its actually very longperiod to hold on, I suggest you to start applying for new jobs and if u get a good opportunity join the company immediately, Happily .!

Can Microsoft do like this?Because whenever i ask about joining they say you will get salary don’t worry but there is no written confirmation.

No Microsoft will never do like this. But anyone pretending to be a representative of Microsoft will do it. What i presume is that you have been a victim of fraud scams and somebody has duped you to make some money. How much did you loose??
