Sir/mam I want to know that who is responsible for deducting PF if employee is being employed on contract basis,i.e in Labor Contract, should employer pay the full payment of employee to contracter or after deducting pf from it, who is liable of paying pf to employee- contracter or employer, does amount of payment paid by employer include PF?

amount of PF has been going in this way.. employer will give that amount to contractor & contractor should have to credit in labor’s account.
