Seniors, I am working in a manufacturing company (Staff of 40 employees)... We celebrate birthdays in month end by gifts distribution and having a small party in office. But now its becoming monotonous, I am thinking to add some motivational, team building games ....
So, seniors please suggest what games we can play or some more interesting ideas ........
