I am working in a BPO Company in Tamil Nadu. I would like to know the Minimum Wages for Skilled,semi-skilled & unskilled employees as per Tamil Nadu Minimum Wages Act for BPO Industry. Few says minimum wages differ from district to district in same state. I need help/advise on this.
