My company is having only one HR manager. Who should sign the offer letters if the HR is on long leave? How should the offer letter be like?

In normal course Authorized signatories of the Company will sign offer /appointment or any correspondence. In the absence of Authorised signatory next level Authority may sign for Offer/Appointment letter using " For..... " option. However for statutory purpose like PF only authorized signatory can sign.
