Dear Sir, I have joined Fiat India Automobile pvt. ltd organization for an apprentice in August 2020 then I completed the apprenticeship in August 2021, and he continued me for trainee 1 period of 1 year then I completed it with the best record as per the company, but he did not continue me as a trainee 2 for an unknown reason... and not provided Diwali bonus to me but provide to another trainee employee plz tell me i am eligible for bonus or not

Apprentices are generally not considered as employees under the payment of bonus act.
The question is whether you were an apprentice or a trainee. It could also be that you were a trainee under Standing Orders, or even have been an apprentice under standing orders which specifically would say you are not an employee.
Your appointment letter would probably solve the problem.
You should speak to your manager, as well as the HR Head and tell him why you feel the company was unfair to you in giving the bonus to another person at same level but not to you. Fighting for the small amount is probably not worthwhile.
