I am Tanuja working in Electronics company , i am getting confused for alloting designations to our employees for different sections .. so please guide me regarding this ...how to give designations to employees based on their qualifications .... ITI holders, Diploma Holders, SSLC candidates are there in our company... plz suggest me...

Hi First of all you should make grade then go for designation. so you can easily bifurcate. Regards, Hardik

Have you managed grading before ? It would require you to identify the distribution in terms of levels of responsibility and credentials earned so far, including education and experience. Industry benchmark would thereby help you formulate it, for your organization.
