Can anybody help me with this .... i know tht symbiosis does a distant learning pgdbm[correspondence] but anuone tell me if they also hv a regular pgdm in hr . does correspondence pgdbm from symbi hv value coz i don hv experience in hr field but i hv worked in a bpo s for 3 yrs as an agent not in hr ...... so m confused if i should take up an mpm course or a correspondence pgdbm frm symbi . m interested in the hr field . i would appreciate if ppl reply to this .

I am not too sure if my advice would help u much in ur field ie, HR but as far as course from Symbi is concerned be it correspondence would be Good. Correspondence Courses are better only if you have a valid Job exp, they are good only and only if u have Job exp. Otherwise no one values Correspondence course be it from any institute or college.
So in my opinion you can go for the course from Symbi provided you are working somewhere side by side...

Since your experience is in BPO and not in HR line, that is not useful in building HR career. My suggestion is better go for a branded institution, preferably who has campus placements so that you can start career in HR.
Else, try to move in BPO to HR function once you complete/while doing part time course in HR.
Distance education is valid only if you have already job and working somewhere. Entering into job with degree in distance learning is not little risk. But, still it is not difficult because COMMUNICATION is the area where HR function looking at. If you are good in communication it is the most valuable skill you have to get a good job in HR.
