I am a fresher.
I worked in a BPO/KPO for 2 months as I did not had any job.
But later I got a job as Software Engineer in MNC (as fresher) and the joing was immediate so I absconded the BPO job.
My query is :
WILL THE ABSCONDING AFFECT MY CURRENT JOB?
(IN SENSE OF BACKGROUNG VERIFICATION AND FOR INCOME TAX AND PF ACC. STUFFS?)
(Note: BPO salary was less than 2 lac p.a. So income tax was not into picture their)
I am really tensed because of this.
Please advice.

Dear Slot92,
chances are there that if there is a back ground verification chevking it will surely come negative ,so it is better to tell your current HR about this and ask them for the solution ..they will surely guide you...or consult yor immediate reporting boss about the same ....
