Dear all,
I am a bachelor degree holder and having 6 years of working experience in HRM. Currrently, I am working in a managerial level in a Bank and having good pay too.
Recently, I got a schelorship from a country in Central Europe for pursuing my Masters, but I can not make my decision whether i should quit my job and move on to complete my masters degree or I shall continue my job career?
I will really appreciate your valuable advices to help me make my decision in this situations.
Thanks,
Best Regards,

Sameer,
This is a decision that only you can take. Just try to answer a few questions to yourself, before you reach a judgement.
1. What is that you really want to do; Job or Study?
2. Will your family support you in your decision?
3. Will you be able to sustain the financial burden?
4. You also need to know that you may have to start from scratch post your Masters? There will be a Gap and it takes time to rebuild your post.
5. You also need to know that i might take time post the studies to get a job, depending upon the then market conditions?
If you think that you are comfortable and true in answering the above questions, i think you will reach your decision.

Thank you Mr. Ashutosh. I think I have postive answers for all questions except the fourth one where I am bit confused. I will get the job but not sure wehter I will be lucky to immediately rank to the same level as I am now or not?
Meanwhile; I forgot to mention that I will do my masters in Economic and Finance, again i am not certain wehter its a good option or not considering my major HRM in undergraduate.
Best Regards,
Sameer
