Hi can anyone help me with the Award title that can be given during R&R, apart from Best Performer Award.
The departments i have is Technology, Sales, Strategic Alliance, Accounts, HR and Client Success.

It depends on the accomplishment of the employee for which reward is to be given to the employee.
For example for best performance of a beginner you may term the Awards as " Rising Star"
For best customer service rendered you may consider "Customer Hero" Award.
For unrealistic achievement you may term the award as "Mountain Mover"
