We are security consultants in pune. we have provided guards to a public sector, where central contact labour rules and act,1970 is applicable so please help us to fill the overtime register and central act rule 25(2). and also guide us whether hra is to be considered for calculating overtime

Then it is hereby informed that Overtime register is to be maintain in Form XXIII by you & HRA is to be included in calculating the OT payment. Form XIX as shown by you relates to issue of wages slip under the Contract Labour (R&A) Central Rules, 1971. Rule 25(2) relates to the terms & conditions of licence issued under this Act.
