Issue Brief:
My performance rating was not calculated properly due to internal politics in company. They did not reply for the questions i asked them in mail to reason why i am low rated? After they conducted Performance improvement Process with 2 months period and they followed the same politics. They told orally after 2 months that I am cleared it but again they said I did not clear after 3 months. Now they want me to resign without notice period immediately. What should I do now?

I am working in bangalore in a software company(It has a very bad feedback from most employees on Performance rating so many has put paper). My problem is they did not monitor my tasks and have finally gave needs improvement rating. I am an automation software tester. But I worked with managers who did not know automation. They did not know what work I am doing.
So how to prove the HR that I have worked properly?
Issues in Status Monitoring:
Managers don't get tasks by sending any mail to me. They got my job done by oral communication. They told to support the team and communicate to client behalf of team. They are done through call so there is no proof for my work as a lead. Only proof I had is mails sent to client. But the client environment mails are not shared to us after relieval from project since we work in VDI concept.
Tasks Done:
I supported 7 member team to complete their work so I did my code count less or equal to other team members.
I created code wherever there is more complexity for reducing other team members work because they are unable to code it.
I resolve team members errors and reduce their work.
Issue:
I become unwell and I asked leave from my manager and took 7 days leave due to stress created in the team as a lead. Due to my leave and also less work compared to team done by me, client sent a mail to Manager that I am not working properly.
Performance Initiation Process:
So they gave 2 star rating as needs improvement. I did not accept it through any mail and I asked for clarification for my rating. They did not reply and continued PIP process. After 2 months I cleared PIP was my result in oral. But after another month they came up with negative comments and said we did not confirm you through mail. They want me to resign now. what should I do?
PIP HR Mistakes to be considered:
They gave a bonus points in mail for good work done by me.
They gave improved in feed back by the end of date of PIP in mail but they later extended it to give negative feedback.
They did not monitor my tasks with automation engineer.
They did not send any mail to get and receive tasks.
I have did more code count than team members.
