Myself Anjali JIndal. I m doing Ph.D on work Life Balance but not able to find out the scales on it.
If anyone can help in regard, plz mention the scale on Work Life Balance

i m doing Ph. D fro IIT roorkee n thanks for showing interest in my thread
here the scales means the questionnaire on this topic. i m not able to get the actual scale wid the appropriate scoring card.
looking forward if u can help in this.
