Dear Dipil /Raghu / Manoj Prasad,
Thanks Dipil and Raghu for the guidence.
As per IEA the industries have to notify the Electrical Inspector in case of any accidents (electrical accidents)
If you read page 67 and 68 of EA2003 uploaded by Raghu, the safety instructions are given there.
It will be good to have a checklist like what Dipil has given however, add the accident clause to it.
Please note that Energy Conservation Act is also applicable to some specific categories of Industries. Under this act the Intensive Energy Consuming Industries have to appoint Energy Manager, Conduct energy audit and implement actions after the audits.
The cumulative checklist if prepared shall be an advantage to Industry.
Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir
