if the CL is 12 and SL is 6 - How many CL and SL is he entailed once he completes his probation?
does is get form march till dec or he gets June till Dec.

It depends on a number of things.
One is whether you are a factory or an office or shop
Second is which state you are in.
You need to see the relevant act and the state rules.
You also need to see the Standing Orders (if applicable to you)
Once you have the details, someone can give you a proper answer.

When you raise any question on leave or other conditions of service of employees, always it is better to mention the type of the establishment to which the question relates.
Since the question relates to casual leave and sick leave, I presume yours is an establishment coming under the State Shops and Establishments Act.
When an employee joins the establishment in the middle of the year, both the leave would be applicable to him on proportionate basis only during the rest of the year.
Strictly speaking, the period of probation does not curtail any employment benefits like leave. But general industry practice is that probationers would be allowed to avail such leave depending on the length of service they rendered so far only.
